i have sold the commercial plot in which the Long Term Cap Gain is attracted in the financial year ended march 11. Now as the time is short what are the options available to me. thanks in advance

U can invest in bonds u/s 54EC upto Rs. 50 lakhs within six months. If the six months are split in two F. Y.'s then invest Rs. 50 lakhs this year and further 50 lakhs next year.
U can also buy residential property to claim exemption u/s 54F.
