i completed pe1. i passed group 1 in pe2. can i change from pe2 to pcc. if yes, when should i get registered for articles-after conversion as in PCC scheme or after passing group2 in PCC

If you cleared 1 gr then its good to write in this may and clear off in pe-2 itself y u want to convert..You have to convert to ipcc now...
