Can Tank Tile Clay be sold from Karnataka

I was just wondering if Tile Clay or Water Tanks Clay can be sold in karnataka to other states.

If yes under which category will it come. Thank you.

Clay of any kind are not given in any scheules. Therefore it is a general category goods chargeable @14%.When sold to other states the rate applicable is 14%without 'C'form and @2% against 'C' form.
