20 September 2012 there is so many doubts for investment in Non convertible Debenture through Public Charitable Trust.

20 September 2012 It can invest in Public sector comoany, in debentures issued by any company or corporation both the principal whereof and the interest whereon are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Central Government or by a State Government.
It can not invest in NCD of private sector comoanies.
