07 July 2015 I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER A CHARGE CAN BE CREATED THROUGH CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF BOARD RESOLUTION PROVIDED

07 July 2015 For creating charge on company property board resolution is very much required and considered as one of the essential doc.

However on the basis of BR only, it would not be possible to create charge on company property. There must be some other docs like agreement for loan on mortgage deed. etc
