C.A IS A PROFESSION WHOSE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS BAR THE MEMBERS FROM DOING BUSINESS/OPEN SHOP IN THEIR NAMES AS THERE IS A CLASH OF PROFESSIONAL INTEREST AND SELF INTEREST. YOU MAY OPEN www.icai.org THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE INST. OF CHARTERED ACCTS OF INDIA AND SEE THE RELEVAT CODE STIPULATED THEREIN. ANY C.A IF HE/SHE WANTS TO DO BUSINESS FIRST APPLY TO ICAI TO REMOVE HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP TEMPORARILY , SO THAT HE/SHE CAN COMPLETE THE BUSINESS DEAL AND THEN RESTORE HIS /HER MEMBERSHIP TO CONTINUE C.A PROFESSION. THE EASY ROUTE SOME CHOOSE IS DOING BUSINESS /OPEN SHOP IN SPOUSE/ RELATIVE NAMES . INSURANCE ADVISORY ETC... PEOPLE IN ANY PROFESSION OR JOB DO IN THEIR SPOUSE/RELATIVES NAMES. THESE EHICS INFACT APPLY TO EVEN C.A.MEMBERS IN JOBS ALSO. BUT AS IN CASE OF ANY PROFESSION OR INFACT ANY SOCIAL ISSUES/PROBLEMS,UNLESS THERE IS A COMPLAINANT ,THERE IS NO ACCUSED. AND SO THERE IS NO CASE. THIS IS UNIVERSAL. R.V.RAO
