Can a person submitted income tax return who has not got gst

14 April 2018 Sir,

What will happen if a person whose assumption Turnover is 25lac ,but has not enrolled Himself in GST because his actually turnover is 5lac only. Because he required for for that purpose his account has increase his turnover to 25lac.
Can the person submit the Income tax return still.

14 April 2018 you have to submit the tax return. But the fact that you didn't obtain GST will be caught here.

14 April 2018 GST and income tax are different laws. And they don't specify that a non compliance in GST prohibits you from filing income tax return.
You can file ITR, if you are not registered under GST even if required based on turnover.

Whether chances of notices to be serve as last year turnover i.e FY 2016-17 is 25lac. Moreover that is assumption turnover.

14 April 2018 How the people will get loan from bank who donnot have last twoyear IT file.And govt has stop backdated file, this will ultimately make loss to govt also.

Yes, you may get notice for GST non registration as you are showing greater turnover in ITR. I think CBDT and CBEC may have the system to reconcile such things.
