a bit confused here!! you want the employee to run the business of his employer or to run his own account or account of his relative who may or may not be his employer?

i want to know can a government employee do the business transaction in his bank account , while as the business actually run by his relative and the relative is also the proprietor of the business. there is no role of the govt employee in the business only his bank account is used. kindly reply at the earliest.
