06 March 2009 No. One person can have only one digital signature but he may register in two roles: Director/Professional

06 March 2009 Company Law doesnt prohibit for taking more than one digital Signature. But practically speaking there is no use of taking Two Digital Signature.

There will be no Penal Action on him, if he has done so.
Yes, he can do so i.e. can use one as professional and other as director.
