11 February 2011 CAN A COMPANY APPLY FOR SEPERATE INPUT SERVICE DISTRIBUTOR REGISTRATION FOR ALL HIS PREMISES....

If yes please give an example how or any notification.

12 February 2011 There is no limit of getting only one ISD registration in the Finance Act. a company may obtain any no. of ISD registrations for all their marketing offices, registered office etc.

16 February 2011 The ISD registration is taken by multi locational service providers to funnel the input credits rather than registering different premises.
Afetr registeration all the bills from various location [ mentioned in the registration application] would be coming to the designated ISD. The ISD trhen would distribute the credit to the division where it feels the same is necessary.

16 February 2011 Sir, My query is something else. I just want to know that Xyz ltd is having multiple branches so can it register for each branch a ISD registration premices based.....
