22 January 2014 Can i complain against a CA who is providing Dummy articleship to someone ?

and what would be the consequences of my complain ?

I wanted to do so because he is very rude to other article trainees even he is not giving excess live for overtime work done by the articles trainees.

Kindly suggest me the procedures.
