sir i want to know what are the liability arises by signing form 1 form 18 and hard copy of MOA AND AOA of COMPANIES ACT 1956 during company formation

When you sign the Form 1, 18, 32 or any other Documents. You certify them as true.
If the documents contains the wrong statement, then You are liable for punishment under the Act besides the Directors.
