After passing out CA, I was taken in as partner in Family CA Firm. Hence currently
I am legally in practice. But if I want to work in industry, is it possible to work as consultant and receive professional fees while keeping the partnership?

Thank you sir. So I will be able to keep my COP even if I am employed as consultant in any company.

Yes, you are able to keep your COP. Just make sure that you do not receive salary. You should received professional fees.
