Your immediate priority must be to purely think of next couple months to prepare/revise for your May 2017 Examination. Once, the exams are over, you have ample time to take next course of action. Do not divert your attention from clearing your exams first, other things can wait for some more time.

I raised my Query here to recieve an expert suggestion either it is possible or not? waiting for pin point answer. please do not divert query. i think it is good question . if answer is no, why should we waste our time to write final. I think it is to bad to disqualify to write exam based on reason of registration. registration is to be completed in one day in these days.(technology period).

The thinking of getting your final registration within one day is not possible because these are administrative issues. We understand your urgency and expectation, but so far as our Institute is concerned, it does not have any such mechanism in place to go for technological interfaces at the speed at which you are referring to.
Institute has it's own processes in place and we all have to follow them diligently and your suggestion for improving systems could be taken up at the appropriate forum. We must have patience and hope something good will occur at some point in time.
Our intention is to drive home the point of giving priority to students what is relevant at present rather than answering on a hypothetical query.
