Plz tell me wht is the last date of CA-Final registeration date before 31st october as we have to get registered for CA-Final to get regustered for Articleship if we have cleared IPCC both Groups...

There's no such date for CA final registration, However, you must register for Articleship before Oct,2013 for the Attempt on May 2016,
However, you can register for CA final before filling the CA final Examination form, i.e before 3 months of exams...
I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
