I am facing difficulty in solving "Activity crashing problems" in CPM and Pert.

What is the criteria to select the activities. I AM REALLY CONFUSED. MY ATTEMPT IS IN NOV. 08. PLZ HELP ME.

kindly someone provide me detailed steps to solve the problem.
