DEAR ALL
AM A IPCC STUDENT RECENTLY APPEARED FOR 2ND GROUP OF IPCC IN NOV2013 AND WAITING FOR MY RESULT WHICH LIKELY TO DECLARED IN FEB2014
I CLEARED MY 1ST GROUP IN MAY 2011 AND STARTED MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING IN SEPT2011
SO 2.5 YEARS OF TRAINING WILL BE COMPLETED IN STARTING OF MONTH OF MARCH2014
SO FROM ARTICLESHIP POINT OF VIEW AM ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN FINAL EXAMINATION IN MAY2014 SUBJECT TO CONTIGENCY REGARDING MY 2ND GROUP OF IPCC RESULT...
BUT MY QUESTION IS THAT IF I WILL CLEARED MY 2ND GROUP OF IPCC IN FEB2014 AND GET REGISTERED MYSELF FOR FINAL EXAMINATION IMMEDIATELY
IS AM ELIGIBLE FOR MAY2014 ATTEMPT???
OR IS THERE ANY CONDITIONS THAT THERE MUST BE A ATTEMPT GAP BETWEEN IPCC AND FINAL EXAMINATION???
CAN I APPEAR FOR FINAL EXAMINATION IN MAY2014????

iF U CLEAR NOV 2013 U CAN REGISTER FOR CA FINAL AND CAN ALSO APPEAR FOR MAY 2014, ITS ALLOWED.

Hi
Generally the time period is not specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
So I will suggest you to take registration in final 3 months before filing the examination form. At that time the Institute will send your final registration letter.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

3 months suggestion as given is not possible as final exam will be in may and in feb 2013 icai will announce result in feb 1st week of 2014...so dont worry this is case of my brother and he appeared in similar situation last year.
