can anybody help as to what if one of the adjustment is being done incorrect in slump sale can the examiner deduct full marks due to incorrect final answer

If your answer is supported by proper working notes, the examiner would be giving the marks based on the explanation and notes forming part of your answer, even in case your final answer is not correct. Don't worry and just focus on the last paper of your examination to perform well in Indirect tax paper. All the very best.
