I want to know whether a ca degree is equivalent to a PhD. Or doctorate or MPhil for the purpose of applying to officer grade job in RBI. In case of above degrees there is age relaxation hence I need the clarification. Thanks in advance.

CA is not equal to Ph.d / Doctorate / M Phil since they all are in research fields. CA`s do not do any research but they learn things. Hence, it is recognized equal to PG but has value more than that.
