Respected Experts, my age is around 30 years. i have just completed CA,CS,CWA. i want to go for job. please give me advice. i am worried about my career becouse of age factor. is my future is good ?? is my age effects on my career ??

You are having 3 Professional qualifications, why you are worrying about the career, Age is not a factor for professional , if you have self confiedent your future will be bright

Fully agree with Ramesh ji, you have three degrees, this is not a joke. All three are Professional qualifications having global recognition. Age doesnt matter, only knowledge matters.

First of all congratulation to you for having 3 professional degree together.
age factor does not effect on carrer.
You can go for joining in big ca firm where you will practical experience of audit work. Otherwise you can choose any MNC as a fresher , at the starting you will get less, but after 1 year you will be able to get your actual desirable monetary benefits from there or outside.

Fully agree with all the experts regarding your career. Age is not the matter, but the knowledge is.
As indicated by you, since you are not interested in practice, then i would suggest you to go for corporate job i.e MNC according to your field of interest. Like, corporate and consolidations, finance, treasury, internal control, internal audit, direct taxes, indirect taxes etc.
Also, you can choose among the type of industry like, telecom, consumer, banking, infrastructure etc.
My suggestion is select your field of interest and industry and then direct your search for job towards that. Age will not count against your knowledge, don't worry about that.

You are 30 with 3 professional qualifications n still asking for advise. This shows you r a bit lacking regarding self confidence. But nothing to worry
Now do not waste your time. Be confident and move with the flow.

From the above; I had to conclude that :
1. You don't possess excellent communication skills par with your professional qualifications.
2. If Point No.1 is not your problem; immediately apply for Faculty at ICAI. For that you can just send an e-mail; write a letter or contact on phone to the Institute's Delhi Office.
3. In future; the Institute will reward handsomely to the faculties which would be at par with UGC pay scales or even more.
4. If really you have interest in Accounting and Auditing; then engage yourself in research work and/or you can become a member of Accounting Standard Board to have dignity. The ICAI and ICWAI are facing shortage of such members.
5. Fight elections either at CS or CWA. It would be easiest way to establish your identity at national level.
Professional members will vote you because of your professional qualifications.
6. After establishing your identity; immediately you would get good job opportunities because you would have good contacts with the help of various seminars which you would attend.
( Unfortunately qualified members take these seminars as time killing ).
7. Join ONE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUION (Professional Institute, University or college) to earn money at reasonable level at present.
Only they will value your qualifications at the earliest.
Other things will come automatically.
If I had all the three qualifications, my choice would go for Education Field only looking to "Three Most Idiot" professional qualifications. (humour)
( Still I got the same recognition by teaching at CS, CWA, CFA and MBA despite having a "small qualification" of CA - (humour) only two letters in CA ).
All the three Institutes will prefer you as a Faculty.
Please convey us what you take decision or you still have some doubts which shake your confidence.
(Much more is expected from you in the future - for yourself and students).

Age should not be the concern for you as you have completed 3 degrees that also in a short span of time.. logo ko to 30 saal tak CA ki degree bhi nahi milti..
I can surely say that you must me an intelligent person. Try put and lot of jopbs must be waiting for you...

what a analysis Surendra Sir. and congratulation to Ankur for having all professional degree in finance available in India. i said all because i recognize only these 3 as professional degree in finance in India.
