Ca acting biased with directors of pvt ltd company

19 July 2015 Hello, What can be a remedy if the CA of the company is acting biased with the two directors. The case is that the CA is looking for the cash commission out of the settlement of two directors and unprofessionally acting against the other director.

There are various proofs to show - what can be the remedy or the law which can prevent this biased behaviour of the CA?
