29 April 2013 can anybody clear my doubt.we are vat and cst dealer in ap.we purchase goods from out side state and the goods retuned to supplieer.DEBIT NOTE ISSUED TO SUPPLIER.NOW CAN I ISSUE C-FORM TO SUPPLIER OR NOT
