C form amount involved cst tax ?

01 August 2012 sir, we received the c forms from our customer for excluding cst tax amount of invoice value, but some customer issued to us for total invoice value? so my question is which amount we have to collect the c forms form our customer?

01 August 2012 Both are acceptable to the assessing authorities. There are number of decisions on this. Hence no worry.
