I have Small question. we are ciger dealer. we are going to buy ciger from delhi. if delhi dealer not charge 2% against C form any problem?
please explain C form Proceeder

19 May 2016 if you are buying goods at the full rate of delhi state. then no c form required to issue to seller.
if he sell at CST@2% then you have to issue C form.
