06 December 2013 1. What is the purpose of issuing c form.
2. Can all registered entities get c form.
3. Why lesser tax is paid with co form whereas govt can ger tax on full rate.

07 December 2013 1. Purpose of issuing C form is to purchase the materials at concessional rate of 2% while inter state

2. dealer registered under CST and having eligible for issue the C form to the mentioned goods at Registration certificate can issue the C form

3. It depends upon the importance of goods, Govt can allow to purchase at concessional tax rate
