in which cases we can issue c form for party in case of manufacturing????

C form is to be obtained from department by purchaser for inter-state purchases. Doesn't matter you concern is manufacturing or trading....if you have made a inter-state purchase then you are supposed to obtain C form from sales tax department and give it to the seller in the absence of which you would be bound to pay local tax applicable to that particular state.

You can issue 'C' form for the machines you may require for manufacturing, for the raw materials used in production, & packing materials......MJK
