sir, my exam of c.a final in may 2017 ,please advice me how should I prepare for both group, which subjects should i start first ,thanks in advance

Still plenty of time left. Lots of changes are expected so wait for some more time. You can start preparing for Companies Act 2013 and IND AS. You can prepare for Costing as well. Start initial preparation but wait for ICAI announcement till you go full throttle.
