company paid BU charges to Municiple corporation for their factory premises.whether such exp. is treated as revenue or capital? shold i capitalised in factory building a/c ?

By these charges if there is any improvement to the building, then it will be treated as capital expenditure and if there is no improvement then it will treated as revenue expenditure only
