10 November 2008 What is the procedure to open a branch/warehouse/office in different place by a Pvt. ltd.

Should i file any form with ROC ?

11 November 2008 ROC does not come into picture, but authorities like registration with municipal, VAT, CenVAT, authorities may arise.
