Dear Experts, We have opened the new branch in other state pls tell me do we need to maintained branch accounts separately or it will be clubbed with our company accounts.

Better to maintain separate branch in the same books of the company. This will show u the performance of the branch and all legal matters also.

There are many corporate softwares in which U can maintain separate branch accounts. I m showing u the process through tally(by cost centres) visit the following you tube link for tutorials:-

Its better to purchase corporate software(s)(if ur business is a large scale) in which u can easily view the reports, then tally.
