Expert knowledge is different from passing exam. If you need expert knowledge, then read Ramaiya for Company Law (CSP), V S Datey for Taxation and so on.
If you want to pass, then go for Study module and Reliance compiler.

Suchita contains lots of mistakes. In FM, it doesnt show process of solution.
Reliance is copy of guideline ans of institute and it contains summary of chapter and also some other Q n A.
I would even say, Reliance is sufficient even without module
