the below books which one is better considering :

1) The procedures like appointment of directors, issuing DIN No. etc
2) Containing Act and related rules with applicable SS at one place.

27 January 2016 if you want to take the Act Seriously and want to learn The Companies Act, 2013 in a proper manner then you have to go to Act & rules.Procedures will be useless if you dont know the Act
