Booking of a Security charges paid.

31 December 2010 Plz clarify my doubt....

An office has been occupied on rental basis. Initially, an amount of Rs 200000.00 has been paid as a security charges (Apart from rent) as per Leese Deed.

It is no doubt - An Asset. But, under which head of Assets it should be shown in Balance Sheet ?
