Our company is Manufacture of IT Product.
in our company 52 employee on Salary.we have not paid wage

but our Company Establishment 4 years Completed. and Bonus paid to employees compulsory follow Bonus Act & Rule

Its mandatory to pay Bonus if Basic Salary of any of your employee is less than Rs. 10,001/-
