Mayuri Gavaral pl.clerify you question what you say 1-whether boarding & lodging is running by any person 2-whether you are living some time in lodging & boarding in first case if you are running & you are indivdual & gross receipt is less than rs.40 lakhs tds is not applicable,if it i partnership firm tds provision is applicable if turnover is less than 40 lakhs
