06 April 2013 After completion of board meeting, is it necessary to sent notice to every member?, if yes, by what time it has to be sent to the members. Please provide the answer with an example

12 April 2013 After BM it is not necessary to send notice to the members. Result of the BM should be only intimated to the listed Stock exchanges.
