whether before service tax registration period cervice tax input credit availed after registration or not and avail the what entry should be passes for that exp.

As per rule 4 of service tax rules 1994, Registration should be done within 30 days of providing services. If this is satisfied then the cenvat can be availed otherwise it can be disputed by the department.
