I have cleared my B.com A&F in December 2012 exam.However ai havent received any degree or any result except the online one.Can anyone tell me the way forward!!!

Though original degree takes time but by this time you must have recieved your provisional degree.If not then either contact or personally meet IGNOU personnels

you can visit IGNOU regional center and collect your provisional degree.
