21 August 2013 To avoid TDS on Salary your Taxable Income after all deduction should be within the exemption limit. For this avail full benefit of Chapter VIA deduction.

ours is start up company we have around 5 staffs and each staff salary comes around 5 to 6 lkhs can you please advise how can we make salary structure eg Mr A salary is 566400 p/a
