Sir, Can anybody help me out that whether a Company Secretary can sign documents such as MOA, AOA & other bank documents? And please tell me the section in which this is in a written form?
Signature for Opening of New Bank Account in Standard Charted Bank is required for a pvt ltd company, so they are asking that where it is written that cs can also be sign these documents of the company. Further this company is incorporated in last year.
