Can unissued authorised capital of a company can be reduced???

You can reduce authorised capital u/s94
but it is required confirmation through High Court and follwing long procedure, So you have to concerned with a good CS for this work

But as per section 95(f) i can reduce it n ha its required High court permission but if i want to cancelled if through FORM 5 .
what ur suggestion about it .???

But from e form 5 you cannot reduce the capital. Form 5 is for increase in share capital

yes mam, its for increase in share capital but in e form 5 there is option for cancellation . so through this can i reduces the same .
