09 March 2010 I want to incorporate a company cantaining a word "broking". Can i keep the authorised capital of the company as Rs.5lacs?. If not then what should be the minimum authorised share capital of the company.?

16 March 2010 There is no minimum capital resquirement for using word "broking". However if the company is going to become a member of BSE or NSE then networth requirement is necessary as per their guidelines
