30 September 2009 If my Net turnover of sales Rs. 38lacs
(excluding vat)& if vat includes in the sale then gross turnover became Rs.41 lacs.Should I liable for I.Tax & Vat Audit???????? Pls.help me.

01 October 2009 NO vat audit reason being turnover under vat is exclusive of taxes.

IT Tax audit is applicable since turnover inlcudes vat collected.
