24 July 2008 while preparing audit report as per caro 2003. We will start the report as:

To the "Member of the Company"

please explain the word "Member of the Company". Whether the meaning is defined in the caro or elsewhere.

24 July 2008 These are general in character and the Auditors' Report is meant for its shareholder members and it is to be addressed to them. Only members have to pass the audited accounts in the AGM and as a result the Auditors' Report is always addressed to them in this fashion.

24 July 2008 MEMBER IS NOT DEFINED IN CARO BUT IN COMPANIES ACT WHICH MEANS THE PERSON ENTERED IN THE REGISTER OF MEMBERS AS MEMBER
