If business Turnover is around 87 lakhs and other incomes from (rent or Interest) is 17 lakhs, so my question is that is Audit applicable on it or not in ITR-4.

no. audit should not be applicable. However, if you are covered under business provided under section 44AD and your profit is less than 8%, then audit shall be applicable.

my one client want to register his firm as sole proprietor, can any one give me detail about registration process?? without taking any registration under sale tax or service tax etc. it is possible or not please clarify
