hello sir,
can i file itr and audit after due date..and no panety will charge??..i have a client to whom 2 yr audit is to be required simultaneously.. can i do it without panelty.??

at present if you are liabil to audit w/o audit you cannot file ITR.

Sir my client are laible to audit in both yr.. and still not filled itr of both year..
