02 July 2013 I am doing audit for manufacturing company in Tamil Nadu. It manufactures bearings for industries.

Can it claim VAT input credit on Printing & Stationery , Staff Welfare which is charged in the bill against domestic sales? OR

It should treated as expenses ?
