Dear Friends,
Can any one explain me the procedure to attest my full name.
I want to apply for pan card. But, there is an initial in my name, which I have to mention in PAN application.
How do get it attested (to confirm the full form of initial in my name)?

Certificate of identity signed by Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councilor or Gazetted Officer.

Can't you apply in the name as you wish with supporting affidavit about the full form of your initials etc.? There is a procedure to get PAN even with name change
