A co.public limited limited by shares not yet listed. can i issue share of Rs.10 at a premium of Rs.1500/-.because i dont want to dilute the share holding power. Further in one or two years we are planing to list the company at BSE. whether at that time earlier share issue at premium of Rs.1500/- will effect the price to be determine at the time of List.

Yes it can issue.
No effect will take place at time of listing bcoz at that time price was decided by book building
