If the company is working in the premises taken on lease and in that place company is incurring huge renovation cost. Is it necessary to capitalised that expenses???

yES, IF IT IS PERMANENT NATURE, THEN IT IS TO BE CAPITLZIED. IF IT TEMPORARY NATURE EG WOODEN STRUCTURE, THEN IT WILL BE DEPRECIATED 100%,
